1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SVNK Technologies governing your access to and use of the Reflog.ai service. By creating an account, accessing, or using our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Service" refers to the Reflog.ai platform, website, and all related services
- "User," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity using the Service
- "We," "us," or "our" refers to SVNK Technologies
- "Account" refers to your registered user account on the Service
- "Content" refers to all data, text, code, and materials submitted through the Service
- "Subscription" refers to your paid access to the Service under a specific plan
4. Service Description
Reflog.ai is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that analyzes code reviews from GitHub repositories using artificial intelligence to:
- Extract learning insights from pull request reviews
- Identify recurring coding patterns and mistakes
- Generate personalized learning paths and exercises
- Track team coding standards and best practices
- Provide AI-powered code review feedback through the Reflog AI Agent
- Enable team collaboration and progress tracking
The Service requires integration with your GitHub account and repositories. Features and functionality may vary by subscription plan.
5. Account Registration and Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information
- Have a valid GitHub account
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
6. Subscription Plans and Payment
6.1 Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription plans:
- Plus Plan: For individual developers with limited PR analysis and repository connections
- Pro Plan: For power users with increased limits and full AI Agent access
- Teams Plan: For teams with collaborative features, requiring minimum 2 seats
Current pricing and plan details are available on our pricing page. Prices may be displayed in EUR or USD.
6.2 Billing and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.)
- You are responsible for providing valid payment information
- Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
6.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan. We will provide reasonable notice of any price increases.
6.4 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Downgrading may result in loss of features or data.
7. Free Trial Period
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial:
- You have access to features of your selected plan
- No payment information is required to start the trial
- You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge
- If you do not cancel, you will be charged at the end of the trial period
- Free trials are limited to one per user or organization
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
8.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods except as required by law.
8.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided except:
- Within 14 days of initial subscription (French consumer protection law)
- For technical issues that prevent service use, at our discretion
- As required by applicable law
Refund requests must be submitted to contact@reflog.ai with details of the issue.
8.3 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@reflog.ai. If you begin using the service during the withdrawal period, you may be charged for services provided.
9. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not violate the intellectual property rights of others
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Not share your account with unauthorized users
- Provide accurate information and keep it updated
- Use the Service in accordance with these Terms
- Respect the privacy and rights of other users
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated scripts or bots without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Remove or modify proprietary notices or labels
- Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Scrape or extract data without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use the Service to compete with us or develop competing products
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
11.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and other content, is owned by SVNK Technologies and protected by French and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for its intended purpose.
11.2 Trademarks
"Reflog.ai," the Reflog logo, and other marks used in connection with the Service are trademarks of SVNK Technologies. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
11.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without compensation or attribution.
12. User Content and Data Ownership
12.1 Your Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your code, data, and content submitted through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your repositories, pull requests, or other materials.
12.2 License to Process Your Data
You grant us a limited license to:
- Access and analyze your code and review data
- Process data through AI models to provide the Service
- Generate insights, learning points, and recommendations
- Store and transmit data necessary for service operation
- Use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement
This license terminates when you delete your data or close your account, except for data retained as required by law or in anonymized form.
12.3 Data Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have rights to submit data to the Service
- Not submitting data that violates third-party rights
- Complying with your organization's data policies
- Maintaining backups of important data
13. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
- Conduct emergency maintenance as needed
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
- Implement usage limits or restrictions
- Update or change the Service to improve functionality
We are not liable for service interruptions, including those caused by third-party services, network issues, or force majeure events.
14. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated insights
- Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation
- Freedom from viruses or harmful components
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that AI-generated recommendations will be suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing AI suggestions.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by French law and applicable regulations:
- SVNK Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- This includes damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Our total liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.)
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Matters that cannot be excluded or limited under French law
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SVNK Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Your infringement of third-party rights
- Content you submit through the Service
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense.
17. Termination
17.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription or closing your account through the settings page. Termination takes effect at the end of your billing period.
17.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your account is inactive for an extended period
- We are required to do so by law
- Your use poses security or legal risks
- Payment for your subscription fails repeatedly
We will provide reasonable notice where possible, except in cases of serious violations or legal requirements.
17.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease immediately or at the end of your paid period
- We may delete your account data after a reasonable period (typically 90 days)
- You remain liable for all fees incurred before termination
- Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply
18. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
- Send an email notification to your registered email address
- Display a prominent notice in the application
- Provide at least 30 days' notice for material changes
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. However, consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence as provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at contact@reflog.ai to resolve disputes amicably. We commit to good-faith efforts to resolve disputes through negotiation.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are committed to participating in alternative dispute resolution procedures as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
21. General Provisions
21.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SVNK Technologies regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
21.2 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations without restriction.
21.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing.
21.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, or government actions.
21.6 Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services such as GitHub and Stripe. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
